Hey there, folks. As you can see, we’ve registered the comic with buzzcomix.net. Right now, we’re ranked 1075. It would be very nice if we managed to crack the top 1000. So please vote, and vote often. If we get 50 votes during the voting period, I’ll see if I can get David to do a fan service picture as the vote reward.

Doing this week’s page was pretty easy. Only one line of dialog, and the coloring wasn’t all that difficult. The next couple of pages, though, are going to be a bit more work.

Panel 2 looks really cool, don’t you think?

I feel like I should come up with more to say, but I can’t think of anything. I’m writing this in late September, three days after I moved out of my apartment and into some friends’ spare bedroom. It’s a symbiotic relationship. My friends get some extra money every month, and I get better cable and the chance to pay off my hideous credit card bills two years early.

But none of that is terribly relevant now, since you won’t be reading this for weeks.

If all goes well, I’ll be feverishly rebuilding the comic buffer, which has really taken a hit lately. Gencon and moving both cut into my drawing time.
