Diana has a very girlie bedroom, with one of those neat mosquito nets. The thing over on the right side of the panel is a quilt, which is kind of hard to depict in black & white.

Gerrard is on the floor, obviously dead. Phoebe is helping Diana get out of the room, which is on fire.

Phoebe: One of the braziers got knocked over in the struggle. The place burned to the ground. Later, I heard they’d found three bodies in the rubble.

Panel 2 (Location, Day/Night)
Diana laying on a bed. Phoebe slipping out a window.

Phoebe: I took Diana straight home to Aunt Evie’s, then made myself scarce. I couldn’t face Aunt Evie after what I’d done. I thought the loas would turn their back on me.

Panel 3 (Location, Day/Night)
Another scene at the altar, like in chapter 1? Maybe with a more elaborate altar.

Phoebe: When Diana was back on her feet, she tracked me down. She didn’t remember much of what happened. To this day I don’t think she knows what I did. But she wanted to give thanks for what happened.
When we knelt before the altar, I was scared. But I felt both Ayida and Ezili’s touch, and then they were gone.
The next morning, we packed up and left home, heading out for our first out of town gig.
